Life isn't easy, the struggle is real. We try to learn from mistakes, we hope to gain wisdom from knowledge. Fear should never hold you back.

Believe me, I know all to well.

For me, cooking is everything. I'm happiest when I'm feeding someone. Either at home cooking for family, neighbors. At work cooking for Clients or customers at The Table.

Join me on my newest adventure. While I travel thru Southern Italy exploring local cuisine, olive oils and hopefully great wine. I'm meeting Old Friends in Sicily. Traveling thru Calabria, attending a 2 week Culinary School in Lecce. And eventually meeting up with Family in the Amalfi Coast.
