Maduro (sweet plantains)

Italy Under the Florida Sun

Fresh tomato Brushetta

Signature Grilled Caesar Salad

Seafood Pasta 

(local seasonal seafood) spicy red sauce or Scampi Style over penne pasta

Meatballs and sausage can be added to make it a feast

Spanish influenced Cayo Hueso

Seafood Paella, you pick the ingredients

​ A low Country Boil, Fresh Local Seafood, red potatoes, Corn, Sausage. Cooked low and slow
